Richard G. Stiffey

Richard G Stiffey, 84, of Midland passed away Thursday December 8, 2016 at Heritage Valley, Beaver surrounded by his loving family.

Born December 7, 1932 in Beaver Falls he was the son of Robert and Helen Stiffey and had been a resident of Industry and Midland all of his life.  He was a 1951 graduate of Monaca High School and a Veteran of the US Army having served during the Korean War. He retired from Atlantic Richfield and was a member of the St. Blaise Parish, Midland.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Colette Stiffey Pituch in 2010.

Surviving Richard are his loving wife of 57 years Rose M. Stiffey, a son, Rick (Pam) Stiffey, Industry; two daughters Jennifer Gossard, Midland; Kerstin (Mike) Burns Palm Bay, FL; five Grandchildren; Tyler (Jamie) Stiffey, Sean (Beth Mehall) Stiffey, Joelle Gossard, Logan and Grace Burns and a great granddaughter, Maddie Stiffey

A Memorial Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, 600 Beaver Avenue, Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10:30 at St. Blaise Church conducted by his pastor, Father Michael Yaksick.
