Robert Lee Barker, 67, of Kingmont, West Virginia, formerly of Center Twp. Resided in Beaver, went home peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior, with his loving family by his side along with his dog Peaches.
Born August 18, 1955 in Fairmont, West Virginia, he was a son of Margaret Jean Barker Hall, Hookstown, and the late Paul L. Barker, Sr., Monaca. Robert (Bob) retired after a 15-year career as a postal truck driver. In his spare time, he loved to camp, fish and swim, taking many fishing trips. He will be remembered as a simple, easy going, fun loving guy, always there to help someone in need.
In addition to his mother Jean, Robert will be greatly missed by his son, Robert Lee (Dena) Barker, II, Beaver, with whom he resided; brother, Paul (Minnela) Barker, Koppel; sister, Paula Jean Barker, WV; grandchildren, Bradley and Bryan Barker; former wife, Suzy Barker, Rochester and a niece and nephew, close friends, and other family, including his West Virginia clan.
As per Robert’s wishes, all services were private. Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
