Robert E. Morrison

Robert E. Morrison, 81 of Baden formerly of Freedom, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, February 13, 2020.

Born July 9, 1938 in New Brighton, he was a son of the late Charles and Permilla Morrison. Robert was proudly devoted to being a police officer, and had retired in 1999 after 33 years as a senior police officer with Beaver Borough. He proudly worked for numerous communities as a part time police officer before becoming Chief with Franklin Twp for four years.  A life member of the FOP#4.  He had also been a past president and member of the Baden Lions Club, and the Beaver Valley Rifle and Pistol Club at one time. Also he was a member of the Beaver County Tactical unit.  Robert was also a proud veteran of the US Air Force.

Surviving are his wife of nearly 25 years, Rebecca, 2 daughters, Debra Morrison, Vanport, Karen (Doug) LaFlair, Industry, and Granddaughters Laura Robb and Jamie Pratt (Josh) numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving are 2 step-daughters Dana (Jason)Lee and Coree Walker and step son Brandon (Beth) Walker. Robert also had 5 step grandchildren, Brynn, Tristan, Alyssa,     Rowan ,Lulu.

Preceding him in death was his parents, a brother, and a sister.

Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc, 333 Third St., Beaver where a service will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 am.  Interment with full military rites will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery, Freedom.  Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
