Robert James Rowe Jr., 73, of Ohioville went home to be with his lord and Savior on March 6, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Beaver.
Robert was born on April 11, 1948 to the late Ida Jean and Robert J. Rowe Sr. He was a 1966 graduate of Grove City high School. He was a 1970 graduate of Grove City College with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He has taken several classes to keep his education up throughout the years. He also was a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical Engineers) and from 2000-2002 AFE (Association of Facilities Engineers.
Robert retired from Eaton Corporation where he began working in 1977. Robert was an active member of the College Hill United Methodist church. He also was an active member of the rotary foundation in New Brighton. He was involved in the Boy Scouts when his children were younger. Robert was involved in the Grange for a few years.
Robert was married to his loving wife for 50 years and they had made Ohioville there home for the last 37 years. They have raised 3 children.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Ida Jean (Zahniser) and Robert J. Rowe Sr. His mother and father in law Jane (Perska) and William Bobbert. A bother in law and a sister in law Janet and William Bobbert. His son James Andrew Rowe.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Mary (Bobbert) Rowe, his siblings, Kenny and Pat Rowe, William and Robin Rowe, Debbie and Robert Thompson and Diane Rea. His son Robert (Theresa) Rowe and his daughter Laura (Dustin) Ellefson. He also has a niece and several nephews and other close friends. He will be missed by everyone that he has had contact with. He was a loving father and devoted husband.
Visitation, alongside his son’s, will take place Wednesday March 9, 2022 from 4pm-6pm, in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009, additional visitation will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 10am until the time of service at 11am at the funeral home.
