Sally C. Buffington

Sally C Buffington, age 91, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2019 surrounded by her family at Novant Hospital in Charlotte, N. Carolina.

She was born to Charles and Margaret Capper in Beaver, Pa.  Sally graduated from Skidmore College.  She is preceded in death by her parents and husband Dr. Richard Buffington.  Sally was a fun-loving person who enjoyed time with her family.   She will be remembered for her generous spirit, her devotion to the Catholic faith and by all of those within the various communities and churches she served.

She is survived by her brother Charles Capper, her children, Michael, Kathleen, Therese (Bowden), James and Christopher and 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
