Stanley P. Darbut

Stanley Paul Darbut, 92 of Industry, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at his home. Born January 27, 1928 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Stanley and Anna Darbut and had been a resident of Industry since 1951. Stanley was a member of the St. Blaise Parish, Midland, and had held numerous management positions with Colt Industries. He did consulting work for US Steel after leaving Colt and conducted training for supervisory staff at USS Fairfield Works. He was a lifetime member of the American Iron & Steel (AISI) Institute. He had attended W & J College and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Gertrude Kiss Darbut in 2014. Stanley is survived by his children, 2 sons, S. Richard (Mary Lee) Darbut, Douglas F. (Karen) Darbut, a daughter, Brigid A. Darbut, 2 grandsons, Gregory (Evelyn) Darbut, Keith Darbut, and a great granddaughter, Elizabeth Darbut, along with numerous nieces and nephews. All services and entombment at the Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum will be private. Arrangements are being conducted by the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver.
