Teresa L. Pickens

Teresa L. Pickens, 66, of Brighton Twp., passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2023. Born on May 30, 1956, in Aliquippa, PA, she was the daughter of Gladys Chabala, and the late Michael Chabala Jr. Teresa had been a server at J.W. Halls for over 25 years, and was known for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. She had a truly servant heart, caring for multiple family members in their time of need. Teresa had a passion for cooking and wine as well as a flair for fashion and decorating with an effortlessly welcoming style. She will be remembered most for her love for her family and friends. Along with her father, Teresa was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jeremy J. Pickens. Teresa will be sadly missed by her mother, her daughter and son in law, Tracy and Mark Jeffers; brother and sister in law, David and Kathy Chabala; niece, Drusilla Chabala; step-sons Alec and Colton Inge; step grandson, Jasper; and her faithful four-legged companion, Jake. Friends will be received in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009, on Monday March 27, 2023, from 4pm-7pm, where a blessing service will be conducted on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11am.
