Teresa “Terri” L. Shaffer, 63, of Beaver, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 21, 2021.
Born August 17, 1957, she was a daughter of Shirley Herstine Howells, Darlington, and the late Wayne Shaffer, Bridgewater. A resident of Beaver for the past three years, Teresa formerly worked as a secretary at Heritage Valley, Ambridge, and at TAS Communications.
In addition to her mother Shirley (Henry), Teresa will be greatly missed by her sister, Debra Hutman, Freedom; brother, Michael (David Preston) Shaffer, St. Petersburg, FL; sisters, Kelly (Joel) Martin, Punxsutawney, and Christine (Rodney) Ludwig, Maysville, WV. She was a beloved aunt to Jeremiah (Kelly) Hutman and their children Rylee, Jeremiah, and Cheyenne, Midland; Joshua Hutman, Beaver Falls; Jared Hutman, Rochester; Alex Martin, Punxsutawney; and Emma Lee and Jennifer Ludwig, Maysville, WV.
Terri’s greatest joy in life was being an aunt, and she cherished the role of helping raise her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed dining out with friends, spending time with family, and going to the beach.
A Celebration of Teresa’s Life will be held on July 10th at Four Mile Presbyterian Church in Ohioville. Professional services have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
Due to many loved ones being affected by cancer and Alzheimer’s, memorial donations in Teresa’s name may be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, the Alzheimer’s Association, or the Church of the Living Christ Missions.
