Thelma Edmiston Roll

Thelma Roll Edmiston, 91, of Brighton Township, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2015.

Born January 18, 1924 in Beaver, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Beatrice Dunbar Roll, living in Beaver all her life. She was a former secretary for the Curtis Wright Co., Vanport, and a member of Park Presbyterian Church, Beaver.

Thelma was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Edmiston in 1991, her son, A. Timothy Edmiston, 1988 and 2 sisters, Verna Roll and Billie Bradshaw. Surviving her is a daughter, Judith (Eric) Stack, McKees Rocks, a brother, Albert (Helen) Roll, 2 sisters, Shirley Bertram and Beatrice (Richard) Cooper, and 2 grandsons, Christopher (Donna) Stack, and Thomas (Lindsay Gialloreto) Stack.

As per Thelma’s wishes, cremation has taken place, with a memorial service to be held at a later date. All arrangements are being handled by the Noll Funeral Home, 333 Third Street, Beaver. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
