Vera M. Anderson

Vera M. Anderson, 91, of Brighton Twp, passed away Friday evening, May 19, 2017 at Beaver Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, South Beaver Twp., surrounded by her devoted family. Born July 1, 1925 in Rochester, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Nellie Temple. Vera will be remembered as a loving mother and homemaker, and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Rochester. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Willis Anderson in 1988; her brother, Donald Temple and a sister, Verna Marshall. Vera will be sadly missed by her daughter, Shirley (Robert) Buckley, Brighton Twn.; two sons, James (Shirley) Anderson, Darlington, and Ron (Patricia) Anderson, Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, Sheri Smith, Brett Buckley, Ashley Brand, Melissa Howell, Jamie Miley, Amanda Anderson, and Ronald Anderson II; along with 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Friends will be received Monday, May 22, 2017, from 2 pm until 4 pm and 6 pm until 8 pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver where a service will be conducted by her pastor, Reverend Gregory Clagg, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 11 am.
