Victor Manuel Palermo Jr.

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Victor "Vic" Manuel Palermo, Jr. of Beaver on March 29, 2026 at the age of 76 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 46 years, Aracelis; children: Colleen, Melissa, Devon, and Victoria; 7 grandchildren along with many great-grandchildren; sisters, Nelly, Nancy, and Yasmine; brother Wally; and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers, Tommy and Fernando and his parents, Delfina Lugo and Victor M. Palermo Sr.

Vic was born and raised in New York City, NY, moved to Northern Virginia in the 90's, and then to Beaver, PA in 2007. Vic was a proud liver transplant recipient, having received the lifesaving organ in 2009. Despite various health issues throughout his life, Vic was a fighter and a walking miracle. Vic, a tough guy, appreciated looking good and feeling good. He was a proud "Nuyorican", loving his rice and beans and salsa music.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday April 4, 2026 from 12pm-4pm at Noll Funeral Home on 333 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
