Vincent A. Gentile Jr., 90, of Brighton Twp., passed away on June 22, 2024, at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph. Born on September 22, 1933, in East Liverpool, Ohio, Vincent was the son of the late Vincent A. Sr., and Angeline DiPlacida Gentile. He was a faithful member of Our Lady of the Valley Parish, Saints Peter and Paul Church, and worked as a steelworker. Vincent also was a member of the St. Anthony Club Midland, Croatian Fraternal Union, Alcro Lodge 720, Aliquippa, Penn State Master Gardeners, Pennsylvania Gladiolus Society, and several local golf and bowling leagues. Along with his parents, Vincent is preceded in death by his sisters, Nancy Passa, Libertha Giordano, Eleanor Ward, and Dolores Toncic. Vincent will be sadly missed by his wife, Elizabeth Phillips Gentile; daughters, Angela M. Gentile, of Baden, and Alyssa G. (Patrick Sr.) Michael, of Center Twp.; sisters, Jeannette Gimbus, of Ohioville and Margaret Kovalesky, of Rochester Hills, MI; grandchildren, Patrick T. Michael Jr., and Vincent T. Michael; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 from 2pm – 4pm and 6pm – 8pm in the Noll Funeral Home Inc., 333 Third Street, Beaver PA 15009. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 10am at Our Lady of the Valley Parish, Saints Peter and Paul Church, 200 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009.
