Walter J. Chudicek

Walter J. Chudicek, 87, of Beaver, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018.

Born December 25, 1930 in Ambridge, he was a son of the late Jacob and Agnes Miras Chudicek. A Bridger most of his life, Walter proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, returning home to a career at Westinghouse Electric, Beaver, where he retired as a group leader. He was a member of the American Legion, Westinghouse Bowling League, and Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver.

Walter will be greatly missed by his wife, Alice A. Poerio Chudicek; sons, Joe, Dean, and Robert Chudicek; grandchildren, Kristi and Jacob Chudicek; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Ariana, and Donovan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank, Joe, and Jack Hudicek; sister, Rose Chudicek; sisters-in-law, Ann and Katheryn Hudicek; and his beloved granddaughter, Jennifer Rosas.

Friends will be received Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Beaver. Entombment will take place at Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum.
