William A. Diamond

William A. Diamond, 79 of Beaver passed away, Friday, February 14, 2020 surrounded by his family.

Born May 6, 1940, in Washington, PA, he was a son of the late Thomas N. and Virginia Diamond, and had been a resident of Beaver the past 50 years. Bill had retired in 2001 as a straightener with Precision-Kidd in West Aliquippa. He was a longtime member of the Beaver United Methodist Church, and was a proud veteran of the US Navy.  He was also a member of the Monaca American Legion and the Monaca Turners.  His favorite activity was camping especially with his wife and family he had his camping family from G section Bear Run Campground, Portersville, PA.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Diamond; a grandson, Tyler Bertoli; a brother, Thomas Edward Diamond, and his twin, Joseph Earl Diamond, at birth.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carol Clemens Diamond, 3 sons, Brian Diamond, Pittsburgh, Daniel (Sandra) Diamond, Chippewa, Cory (Corrina) Diamond, Beaver, 3 daughters, Diana (Shawn) Snook, Beaver, Brenda Diamond, Ohio, Jill (Hesham) Sharawy, NC, a brother, John Neal (Sherry) Diamond, GA, a sister, Sharon (Wayne) Springer, CO, 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received Tuesday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver.  A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Beaver United Methodist Church by his pastor, Rev. Tim Goodman.  Interment with full military rites by the Beaver County Special Unit will follow at the Beaver Cemetery.  Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
