William J. Marshall

William J. Marshall, 75, of Raccoon Twp., formerly of Midland, passed away peacefully in his sleep, Monday, December 26, 2022.

Born September 27, 1947 in Johnstown, he was the son of the late Charles and Thelma Marshall. A proud veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, William was a longtime resident of Raccoon Twp, and retired truck driver. He was also a member of the VFW, and parishioner of St. Fatima Church, Hopewell Twp.

William will be greatly missed by his wife, Ellen Marshall; sons, John C. and Michael P. Marshall; and grandsons, William C. and Benjamin A. Marshall.

Family and friends are welcome to attend William’s interment, with military honors, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. Professional arrangements have been entrusted to the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver.
