William T. “Bill” Morgan, 71, of Brighton Twp., passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018, following an extended illness.
Born November 6, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Bill was a son of the late John W. and Norma Jean Morgan. He served proudly in the U.S. Army during Vietnam where he was awarded a Purple Heart. Bill went on to work for Rome Metals, retiring after 13 years. In his spare time, Bill, an avid outdoorsman, could be found hunting, walking his dog Mick, or cruising in his 1976 “MG”.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 43 years, Connie L. (Patten) Morgan, Brighton Twp.; sons, William J. (Kelly) Morgan, East Palestine, OH, Christopher J. (Kimberly) Morgan, Brighton Twp., and Ryan P. (Nicole) Morgan, Chippewa; and grandchildren, Addyson and Evan Morgan, Maylee Morgan, Presley Morgan, and Hunter and Michaela Debee. Also surviving are his beloved nieces, nephews, and their children.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his loving sister, Linda Stahura Morgan.
Friends will be received Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until time of prayers at 8 p.m. in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Interment will occur at a later date. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
