Yolanda “Lundy” DiMarzio, 91, of Center Twp., formerly of Ohioville, passed on to her eternal life, Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
Born September 18, 1929 in Scottdale, PA, she was a daughter of the late Pietro and Filomena Catracchia. Lundy was a wonderful wife, mother, homemaker and friend, who always put others needs before her own. She was a great cook and cookie maker, enjoyed crafting, especially cross stitch, and was a well-known retired “Cafeteria Lady” of the Western Beaver School District.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio DiMarzio in 2018; brothers John (Sarah) Dante and Marion (Helen) Catracchia; sisters Rose (Nick) Nuzzo, Edith (Leo) Fiorillo and Mary (Richard) Klein; and In-laws Carl and Rita DiMarzio and Sullivan and Lucy Tonti.
Lundy will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Louise (Ron) Anderson, Tampa, Fla.; Jeanette (Tom) Bucko, Moon Twp.; and Linda (Randy) Colbert, Center Twp. She was extremely proud to be a grandma to Jason (Robyn) Colbert, Eighty-Four, Pa.; Brenton (Kristin) Colbert, Moon Twp.; and Apryl Anderson, Tampa, Fla.; and “Me-Me” to her great-grandchildren Braden and Ryan Colbert, Maddox and Brynlee Colbert, Dominic Ventura and Jordyn Martinez. She will also be missed by many cherished nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2 p.m. at St. Francis Cabrini Church, Center Twp. Entombment will take place at the Beaver Cemetery Mausoleum. Online condolences may be shared at nollfuneral.com.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions, in Lundy’s name, may be made to the charity of your choice.
